Marcel Pelikan (owner)<\/em><\/strong>
\n\"MarcelMarcel Pelikan initially did an apprenticeship in banking before going on to also complete his studies in economics and sociology at the University of Hamburg. During his studies, his focus of interest was occupational biography research. In the area of plant and mechanical engineering, he was responsible for operational and strategic tasks for purchasing and HR before moving into HR consulting as an employee. He worked in small and large consulting firms before establishing PELIUM Executive Search in 2006.<\/p>\n

Andre Busse (owner)<\/em><\/strong>
\n\"Andre<\/strong>Andre Busse completed a banking apprenticeship as well as studies in business administration in Hamburg. After a few years working in the banking sector, he moved to a listed company in the consumer goods industry. His professional experience later brought him to a small consulting firm, from where he then moved to one of the top five companies internationally in the field of executive searches. He has been a member of the management team at PELIUM as a partner since 2013.<\/p>\n
